Memberships

M.E.K.A. memberships cover the period from September to June. The annual membership fee is $25.

Membership entitles you to a subscription to the MEKA Newsletter and allows you to attend our monthly meetings. The monthly meetings include short workshops; unless the preparation of the workshop includes unusual expenses, the materials for these workshops are also provided. The newsletter is published monthly except during July and August. It contains information about the Club's activities, forthcoming show dates, news from other Miniature clubs, Tips & Hints and other informative information..

Come in and check out our club, you are not obligated to join upon your first visit.

Newsletter Subscriptions

If you would like to receive the MEKA monthly newsletter, you can subscribe for $15.

You now have the choice to receive your Newsletter via email in PDF format. If you would like to subscribe electronically, please contact  admin@kingstonminiatures.com, and upon subscription state you would like the "electronic" format.

NOTE:  A paid membership fee you will also gain access to additional helpful and informative features on the MEKA site (Additional Workshops, Online Forum & Chat Room).  These are only available to those that have paid their full membership dues, passwords and user names will be changed annually and given out to all paid MEKA Members..

Club Exchanges

Clubs interested in receiving a subscription may do so by contacting the Club Secretary, and agreeing to exchange Newsletters.  Any newsletters that we pay a monthly fee for we will be asking the same from them as well.

Please note that M.E.K.A. is a non-profit organization; fees go towards the cost of room rental, workshop and show expenses and printing costs.
